Aksharaa is a goal-driven, passionate techie seeking to leverage technology to make a big positive impact. - At RSalesArm, Aksharaa leads partnership development along with funding - including joint org building, GTM processes, and improved customer delivery. She continues to help enhance the products and helps improve joint delivery processes via “smart” tools in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the multinational clients of the company. - While at Capgemini, she helped develop a system for Morgan Stanley that reduced the time taken to close an account from the front end by over 50%. She also upgraded an existing commodity and trading application using Angular 8 for a better user experience and higher speed of access, increasing user visits by 1.5x - She won the Best Paper Award at SRM ICRDEST-2018 for her paper on the detection of Mental Illness on Social Media. She is an avid debater, having won several accolades at public speaking and MUN competitions and helped organize and run the Environment club at SRM University. Her other interests include literature and Indian classical music.
