Test administration/(Children & Adolescence)

Administering a wide range of standardized psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and personality functioning in children and adults. Ensured all assessments were conducted in accordance with standardized procedures and ethical guidelines to maintain reliability and validity of results. Responsibilities included test selection based on referral concerns, establishing rapport with clients, explaining test purposes and procedures, monitoring engagement during testing, accurately recording responses, and managing test materials confidentially. Administered tools commonly used in rehabilitation and counselling settings, such as intelligence tests, personality inventories, neuropsychological batteries, and behavioral assessments, to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
