Counselling for IENs

Are you feeling confused or anxious about where to start as an IEN in Canada? You’re not alone — the pathway to registration, exams, and employment can feel overwhelming without the right support.

This session is designed as a safe, one-on-one space where you can talk openly about your goals, challenges, and questions regarding your transition into nursing in Canada. Together, we’ll:

• Clarify your next steps based on where you are in your journey (WES, CNO, NNAS, or NCLEX prep)
• Identify resources and strategies to stay motivated and organized
• Discuss study tips, document preparation, and mental well-being during the process
• Learn from my personal experience as an IEN preparing for NCLEX and working toward registration

This session focuses on emotional support, clarity, and empowerment — helping you stay on track with your Canadian nursing journey while building confidence and direction.
