CNO Application Guidance & Documentation Support

The College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration process can be overwhelming — especially when you’re unsure where to begin as an Internationally Educated Nurse. In this 1:1 session, I’ll help you understand each step of the process and share strategies to stay organized and confident while meeting the CNO’s requirements.

We’ll discuss topics such as:

• How to begin your application with CNO
• Understanding the NNAS/ WES (National Nursing Assessment Service/ World Education Service) if applicable
• Submitting transcripts, verification forms, and identity documents
• What to expect during the “Education” and “Registration” verification stages
• Understanding Next Steps: language proficiency, NCLEX-RN exam, and jurisprudence
• Common mistakes IENs make and how to avoid them

This is not an official CNO consultation — rather, it’s a peer-to-peer guidance session from someone currently going through the same process. My goal is to simplify the process for you, share insights from my experience, and help you feel supported in your journey to becoming a nurse in Ontario.
