We start with the free fit call: where you are, where you're aiming, and the order of sessions that gets you there fastest. From there, we cover the full journey, breaking into product, how fintech PM interviews are actually graded, career strategy and positioning, and 1:1 mentorship sessions to keep the plan honest while you execute it.

The sessions spread over 4–8 weeks around your timeline: weekday evenings or Saturday and Sunday mornings (WAT), on Google Meet. Every session ends with written next steps, and each has a short intake form so we never spend paid time on context.
