I bring 15 years of hands-on experience working on the data, AI, and decisioning platforms that power some of the world's largest financial and technology companies — not theory, lived delivery. As a Product Manager on Microsoft Windows, I led the data and telemetry platform used to monitor and improve app health at global scale. At Mastercard, I worked on the Decision Management and Fraud Detection platform, partnering directly with credit, risk, and compliance teams to strengthen AI-driven decisioning in production for banks and merchants worldwide. Along the way, I've partnered closely with US, UK, and Irish banks, giving me a grounded view of how technology actually gets adopted — and where it gets stuck — inside regulated, high-stakes environments. Beyond building AI products, I've spent years mentoring the next generation of talent: as a mentor for STEM Education supporting girls in Ireland, as a mentor with the Global Mentorship Initiative, and as a guest speaker on product management and career growth at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. I'm also currently building ProductPulse.ai, an AI and product development learning platform combining hands-on skill-building with career coaching for the AI era. What I bring to a stage is the part most AI talks skip: the hidden layer behind every AI-native product — security, AI governance, human-in-the-loop design, and the trade-offs teams need to weigh before they build.
