Pursuing a Master in Labour Studies and Practices also (Globalization and Labour) which comes under the School of Management and Labour Studies, and is also part of the "Global Labour University" in partnership with the ILO (International Labour Organization) Geneva, Switzerland at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai| This course has enabled me to understand the Industrial and Labour Relations, Human Resource Management, Skill Development, Corporate Sector Responsibility & Public Policy and Research in a comprehensive way. I am a Graduate of Aeronautical Engineering. I am an extremely positive, self-motivated, and organized person, always trusting in my ability, and having the ability to work in under pressure, with my previous work experiences, I learned a lot and developed the quality of leadership, people management, and enhance my learning ability.
