At Recykal, I was working on products that are redefining the waste management landscape in India by enabling a new commerce that we call : W- COMMERCE i.e Waste Commerce. We strive to bring in transparency and traceability across the value chain. At Kheyti, a social impact enterprise I have worked with farmers to improve their lives by helping them set up and grow vegetables in mini greenhouses, as Head of Operations. I have been associated with one of the best fintech lending company in India- ZestMoney, as Head of Partner Success and Head of Operations, which is revolutionising the way credit decision is made and how the credit is given to customers. I have designed and implemented Salesforce across the organisation to manage customer relationship. I had also built the offline partnerships and implementation for ZESTMONEY. Prior to ZestMoney, I was working with one of the fastest growing food delivery company, as an Operations Manager - Strategy providing valuable insights to City Ops Team across cities for making data-driven decisions. I have also launched operations of Hyderabad city from scratch. An year of experience in launching & failing with my first entrepreneurial venture - Kapow Ideas Marketing Private Limited. Worked on our first product - "Squibie", an unconventional print media platform. 3 years of experience in a corporate environment in Bosch as a Senior Engineer in the Quality department handling technical complaints and conducting analysis using problem-solving tools along with cross functional teams. A graduate of MISB Bocconi, an initiative of SDA Bocconi, Milan, which ranks among top 30 best MBA's worldwide. Worked on live projects for Contact Lab, Apalya Technologies, Telecom Italia on topics ranging in Business Process Management, Market Research and Idea Generation for using Big Data.
