Emotional Support:Provide emotional support to help supervisees manage the emotional impact of their work.Aid in processing feelings about difficult cases and developing resilience.

Ethics and Professionalism:Ensure understanding and adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards.Discuss topics like confidentiality, dual relationships, and professional boundaries.
