Armed with a degree in Programming and Data Science from the highly reputed IIT Madras, Akhil is a passionate and self-motivated person, who believes in contributing to the progress of society and the team that stands by him in his endeavors. Akhil started off as a Blogger giving technical reviews and exciting hacks. His blog drew readers from across the globe. He then co-founded HR CLUES, which specializes in HR Consulting and Business Services. He later joined 4Tune Factory as its CTO and handled various IT services like Web application development and related IT services. Work expertise includes multiple platforms like Django, PHP and various domains like E-commerce, education, health, retail etc. I started my career as a full-stack developer and have never looked back since. Coding languages have always fascinated me and I have strived to keep learning and keep excelling. This attitude has always helped me polish my skills and better myself. This attitude also transcends my team members, who work towards becoming a team that can be exemplary in many ways. Founding the AIESYS group of companies was the result of a deep-rooted desire for social responsibility and also to take up a challenge. Akhil has a keen eye for talent and believes in giving opportunities to deserving individuals. Thus AIESYS is a place where we will find multitalented individuals with varied skills but one goal – economic success and to put themselves on the global map of software services. I do not limit myself to setting boundaries and am always on the lookout for new horizons and conquests. Constantly challenging myself and pushing my limits toward betterment is a part of who I am. My co-authored publication Human Emotion Recognition System Human Emotion Recognition System appeared in the International Journal of Engineering Research in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (IJEREEE) and has received rave reviews. Being chosen in the Top 10 in the World Blockchain Hackathon was a turning even in my professional journey. The feeling and determination to be known and of creating a name in the global scenario started there and has been with me ever since.
