As a CS management trainee at Sharma nitesh & associates, I support the senior company secretary in handling various compliance and corporate governance matters for the clients. I also assist in drafting and filing various documents, reports, and resolutions with the relevant authorities and stakeholders. I have gained valuable exposure and experience in the field of company law, finance, and securities law through this role. In addition to my professional training, I am pursuing a LLB degree at St. Wilfred College of Law, Jaipur, with an aim to enhance my legal knowledge and skills. I have already completed a masters of commerce degree at S.S Jain subodh P.G (Autonomous) College in 2022, with a focus on business administration and management. I am also an educator, a youtuber, and a social scientist, with a passion for teaching, creating, and researching. I have been providing quality education to secondary students in social science and English for over three years at Mantra Education. I have also created and uploaded multiple videos on YouTube, covering topics related to company law, finance, and education. I have received over one lakh impressions in one week for my videos. Furthermore, I have conducted and published several social science research projects, exploring various issues and trends in the society.
