At Swiggy, I led a team of six super talented designers and designed products from scratch like InsanelyGood and SuprDaily, which recieved a lot of consumer love for the kind of quality and convenience with which people ordered Groceries. At Uber, I joined as the second designer for the India team, and was part of multiple product launches like Uber Lite, Rewards program, Uber Rides & Uber Eats closely collaborating with cross functional teams. At Uber I worked on User Lifecycle Management & Marketing side, where I strategized with project managers and Research & Insights team to come with the detailed flows for the user journey to increase retention, engagement, and acquisition for users in APAC Previously at Roposo, Akhil was working as a Product Designer responsible for developing Wireframes, high fidelity Prototypes, designing User Interface, Interaction & enhancing User Experience in collaboration with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers.
