Over the last 10 years in the financial services area, I've picked up essential skills required in this space, starting from analysing data to developing client relationships including sourcing deals. With the financial knowledge gained, the people management and problem solving skills picked up, and a logical approach to decisions, I believe I am able to use them to add value to the organization I work with. These skills have given me the entrepreneurial outlook to evaluate businesses, including finding opportunities for growth and performance improvement. I'm a team worker, and try and encourage my teammates to learn and grow in the process.
