As a Secretary at Unique Welfare Foundation, I have been leading strategic planning and project management for over 12 years. I have developed the vision, mission, and strategic goals for the foundation, and designed and implemented long-term action plans to ensure sustainable impact. I have also identified community needs and developed projects that address key social, educational, and health challenges, overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle. I have a strong background in business administration and management, with an MBA from Maharshi Dayanand University and a PGDM in NGO Management from University of Lucknow. I have also completed an internship at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC). My skills include capacity building, community engagement, and community development. I am passionate about creating positive change and improving the lives of others through my work.
