I navigate policy & strategy by day, build Project Cornelia beyond the 9-to-5 and write in between! An Erasmus Mundus Scholar, I hold a degree in Economics and Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Driven by a deep interest in gender and policy, I worked with organisations such as I-PAC, Aam Aadmi Party, and the/Nudge Institute during college, gaining firsthand exposure to ground-level realities. Additionally, my experience at the Co-Founder’s Office at Global Governance Initiative, as a Student Consultant with The Bridge Project, and as a Junior Consultant with Brainworks Consulting has helped me refine my problem-solving skills and develop a strategic approach to policy and governance. - During the second wave of COVID-19, I led a team of 12 volunteers to run a 24/7 helpline in Lucknow, assisting over 300 families in need. - In 2021, I founded Project Cornelia, now a registered Trust, to bring women at the forefront of democratic conversations. Through partnerships with organisations like Boston Consulting Group and the Government of Delhi, we have engaged over 2,000 women and youth. One of our key initiatives- an interactive book on the Preamble of India- has reached 30,000+ students, promoting constitutional awareness. - Additionally, as a Co-founder of Riha, I lead efforts to promote sustainable menstrual health practices. The initiative has supported over 1,000 menstruators across four Indian states. Beyond my work, I am passionate about debating, writing, and art. I run a blog and have published my work in six anthologies. My self-published book, Teenage in a Tote, a feminist reflection on adolescence, was showcased at the World Book Fair 2024.
