In 45 minutes I walk through it the way your users do and tell you where people are likely to drop off and what I'd fix first. Within 24 hours you get a short written list of those fixes, in order.

You can ask to reschedule from your booking confirmation, up to 8 hours before the call. Paid calls aren't refunded for a change of plans, but if I have to cancel, you get a full refund.
