CV Review with Akash Gupta

Whether you are actively recruiting straight from an Undergraduate or an MBA program, or looking to switch jobs, you would have prepared a CV hoping to get attention from the recruiters. A typical CV is seen/screened in 30 seconds, so it has to be punchy & clear. At the same time, it should provide rich context to your profile if someone reads in detail (as would happen during the later part of the recruitment process).

I prepared/revised my CV several times throughout my career and each time, my CV as reviewed by experts/software was ranked near perfect. Plus, I have reviewed hundreds of CVs for friends/ juniors/ MBA candidates & provided feedback which has helped them to improve their CV.

In this 30 min session, I will offer critique/improvement tips on your CV plus we can discuss any professional development tips.
