"Engineer : a person who designs, builds, or maintains engines, machines, or structures." That is exactly my passion as a working engineer that is to put my acquired knowledge to test on a daily basis, getting surpassed daily and then, hustling to get back in the sack. My field is so wide and vast, a lifetime is short to grasp it in entirety yet going after it daily is what fuels me and makes me adore my field. As an Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineer , here are a few of my learnings :- 1. Working and maintenance knowledge of field devices like smart sensors , wiring and connections. 2. Know about Electrical motors and drives - operation, troubleshooting and maintenance. 3. Knowledge about Automation - PLC / DCS specifically S700 (Siemens), R900 (Hitachi) but eager to learn as many as I can. 4. Knowledge about Electrical Power systems including Switchgear system like Circuit breakers , Isolators and other protection system (even in HT lines upto 132 kV) along with Power Distribution system. 5. Proficient in reading and preparing Electrical documents like Single Line Diagrams (SLD's), GA drawings, etc. 6. Knowledge about Networking as well and has hands-on experience on ProfiBus, DP Mod-Bus, Ethernet (RS 232, RS 422) and their topologies. Also, I possess working knowledge of Human Machine Interface (HMI) design and optimization. Utility Skills :- 1. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 2. Programming knowledge of C , Java, Data Structures Along with it, I admire working in team and has good team bonding skills wherein I can be a team player but can lead as well.
