Hi, I’m Akash. I’m a Product Manager with 6+ years of experience building enterprise SaaS products, most recently as a PM at Microsoft, where I led CRM and Sales Performance Management platforms used by 60k+ people. Before that, I started out as a software engineer at Oracle, so I’ve seen product from both the build side and the strategy side. My work lately has been in AI. I’ve shipped AI-enabled workflows and agents, set product direction for a 0→1 AI-native platform, and I’m deep into agentic AI PM practices and hands-on prototyping. I’ve also sat on the other side of the table as a Microsoft hiring panelist for PM roles across IIM-B, IIM-C, and XLRI. I’ve mentored a multitude of people from diverse backgrounds all through my journey and co-led placement training for 430+ students at XLRI, so I know what interviewers look for and where candidates trip up.
