I am currently pursuing my Doctorate Degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of British Columbia, and have a background in Polymer synthesis as well as characterization especially Polyurethanes. I wish to apply my expertise to solve simple problems which are affecting millions of people. I have taken on roles of leadership in the past and these have helped mold me into a smart worker, effective communicator, and high achiever. I never back down from a challenge, even if I don't know the solution because I know if I am consistent in putting in efforts I will always find a way around obstacles. Learning is the constant in my life. I am always eager to learn something new and believe a pragmatic approach can generate elegant solutions to the daily problems which are faced by ordinary people such as water shortage, energy, plastic, to name a few.
