The ongoing theme that runs through my personal and career life is using technology as a medium to simplify mundane tasks. My career began in Tata AIG with Digital Transformation being the moto. Worked with cross functional teams to design and develop technology products that could be used for the benefit of the company. Re-engineered mundane time consuming processes by adding a flavour of technology to reduce the overall Turn around Time by almost 95%. As I progressed in my career in this company, got a chance to move into the core Product and Strategy team as a digital product manager. Currently working here to design business specific products and turning them into system solutions, measuring TATs and designing efficient processes to reduce TATs, involved in UX and UI management for our system solutions as well as working as a Business Analyst for Commercial lines of products. Currently working as a startup innovation Manager for the NoVA startup accelerator program at ICICI Lombard Specialities : Product Management, Project Management, Product Design , Business Process Re-engineering, Process excellence, UI/UX design, Business Analysis, Technology.
