  I have worked with more career coaches than I can count, many of them brilliant in their own technical fields, but often missing the one thing that actually matters- understanding people. Akanksha is different. She doesn’t approach career coaching like a checklist or a framework to be imposed. For her, this is clearly not a side skill or an add-on to something else- this is her craft. You can feel that she genuinely understands human behavior, motivation, and the messy reality of career decisions. What stood out most to me was how she helped me find direction without forcing one. Instead of prescribing paths, she created clarity. Instead of generic advice, she offered perspective that actually fit me.   Akanksha really helped me understand how the international job market works. Before talking to her i was very confused about where to start and what to do. She explained everything in a very simple way so it was easy to follow. She also shared useful tips on what companies are looking for. I liked that she didn’t make things complicated and gave practical advice that I can actually use. I feel more confident now to start my job search outside my country. I would highly recommend speaking to Akanksha to anyone who is trying to find opportunities abroad but don’t know where to begin.

  when I first went to Akanksha I thought I just needed someone to confirm what I already had in mind. But honestly that’s not how you get the full benefit. She gave me feedback that was honest and different from what I expected and that’s exactly what I needed. If you go in with a closed mindset you’ll miss the real value. But if you stay open, listen and apply what she tells you, you will come out with so much more clarity and confidence. I did and it completely changed how I look at my career now!!!
