As a seasoned strategy consultant, I bring extensive experience in conducting both commercial and vendor due diligence. My focus has been on developing growth strategies, performance improvement, and performing operational due diligence. These tasks have included workforce optimization, market sizing, and profitability analysis across various industries such as (but not limited to) consumer goods, retail, and logistics. In addition to my core expertise, I am proficient in using visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools like Knime. I am also a data science enthusiast and currently trying my hands on few automation projects using Python and VBA. Previously, I had worked with EY in Project Finance and Infrastructure vertical where I had supported Government clients on development of urban and social infrastructure projects. My contribution included scoping engagements with clients, devising business strategy and assessing financial feasibility along with implementation framework of project, revenue and breakeven analysis as well as end-to-end bid management.
