I have been working in the fintech and banking industry for over 13 years, Heading and mentoring data science and data engineering teams to create innovative solutions for customers and stakeholders. Currently, I am an Assistant Vice President at Axis Bank, one of the largest private sector banks in India, where I head the Alternate Data Team, responsible for building data-driven models and strategies that enhance the digital transformation and portfolio of the bank across various products. Previously, I supported the launch of new products and initiatives at Dhani, a leading digital platform for instant personal loans and consumer durables. I also created a rule-based metrics monitoring platform of key risk indicators and management dashboard, which provided insights and trends on various attributes such as bureau, payment, delinquency, and bounces. I have a strong consulting mindset and a business problem-solving skill, which I have developed through working with multiple clients for risk and analytics at Dhani, JPMorgan Chase, and TCS. I am also a SAS Certified Base Programmer, CompTIA Data+, and Communication in the Language of Leadership certified professional, which demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in data governance, credit and risk management, and communication with bureau and vendors.
