I have recently cleared Diploma in Tax Technology from CIOT, UK I am a business savvy international taxation and transfer pricing professional with variegated and enriching hands–on experience in the areas of Compliance, Litigation, Planning, APAs, Assessments, Appeals, BEPS. During my 10 years of experience into international taxation & transfer pricing, I analysed, crafted and defended a holistic range of inter-company transactions, value chain and cross boarder structures for various industries. Appeared before the tax authorities in various technical transfer pricing litigation matters. I have published a book for NRIs: NRI MiTRA. Handled various portfolios and have demonstrated people leadership with strong inter-personal skills. An avid writer and a regular speaker on transfer pricing and international taxation issues. Cleared certificate courses in transfer pricing & international taxation from CIOT, UK. Received FIT Fellowship Award, 2015 for writing a research paper on ‘Issue of Marketing Intangibles- ‘A Critical Analysis of the Transfer Pricing Debate’. The paper was selected as one of the top six papers by Foundation for International Taxation.
