My professional journey of over 25 years has been a blend of corporate leadership in Banking, Entrepreneurship, and Coaching. A decade which I spent in the Middle East as part of this journey; 3 years in Muscat (Oman) and 7 years in Dubai (UAE), enabled me to interact with people from diverse nationalities and experience varied cultures. It gave me a global perspective and shaped me better, both as a leader and a coach. As a professional coach, my expertise lies in having structured and high impact conversations with people. Whether these conversations are with founders, business leaders, professionals or other individuals, my aim is to evoke self awareness in them and empower them to gain clarity and conviction to make critical decisions either in their professional or personal lives.
