I have been in business for over 30 years, a trekker in the Himalayas for over 25 years & a runner over the last 13 years. Some of my deepest leadership learning's have come while running a marathon & while traversing the Himalayas. I am a Leadership coach with experience in large corporates & start-ups. My Leadership coaching blends my CXO experience of large Corporations like HDFC bank, and Shopper Stop with founder experience of new age Digital Analytics organizations like Hansa Cequity.I like to work with senior leaders who are going through transitions. Sometimes these transitions are in scope, when you have taken on a challenge vastly larger in size than your work so far. Often these transitions ask you to start leading differently, reboot your style & uncover new strengths. I like to work at these intersections where leaders are trying to create their new selves to make more impact in their life. I serve on the Trustee Board of an NGO, Antarang. Here is a summary of my varied experiences: •As the CMO of HDFC I built Analytics & Marketing technology capacity for the bank. I pioneered the use of data analytics for HDFC bank and was deeply involved in the change management that helped it become more effective •As the Chief Marketing Officer of Shoppers’ Stop,I helped the growth of the brand from a 3 store to a multi-store pan India presence with a strong focus on customer experience •Our pioneering analytics venture Hansa Cequity which I co-founded in 2007 & which has scaled up over a decade to a 800 people strong powerhouse with multimillion dollar revenue I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).I have international accreditation to administer Hogan and Lumina SPARK and am trained in Transactional Analysis. My work with CXO's as a Leadership coach, helps them re-imagine their game & write new rules! I am also an associate Board member of the International Mentoring association (IMA),which focuses on best practices for mentoring and coaching professionals. I am a Trustee at an NGO called Antarang Foundation that works with socially and financially disadvantaged youth in the age group of 16-24 years. Here I work closely with Antarang’s founder in my capacity as a leadership coach & a Trustee. I love to mentor & coach young entrepreneurs. I am also a TEDX speaker!
