Hi, I'm Aiswarya 👋
I'm a B2B SaaS content strategist with 7+ years of experience writing for B2B SaaS brands. I've spent the last 4+ years figuring out how to land fully remote jobs that actually hire from India.
Here's what got me started: women in India do extraordinary work — at home, at their jobs, and in their circle — and still end up underpaid and underappreciated for it. This has always been a trigger point for me. If you met the 15-year-old Aiswarya throwing a fit about why girls are meant to cook, you'd be appalled at the transformation. My cousins named the room I escaped to as the "Shock Room". (Read into that as you will 😅)
Two layoffs in two years. I've been quietly doing this for ex-colleagues and friends since 2024, and people have been nudging me to make it official since then.
What finally pushed me today (quite impulsively I might add): I was chatting with an acquaintance and found out she was earning way below what she deserved. And I realised, the story hasn't changed. There are people who take advantage of brilliant women by not paying them their worth. This isn't just her story. It's most of us.
I'm not a recruiter. I don't have a fancy job finding platform. What I do have is years of first-hand experience navigating the remote job market: knowing which companies genuinely hire from India, what good pay looks like, and what a healthy work culture actually feels like versus what it just claims to be.
And when I say "good culture," I don't mean the marketing copy on their careers page. I mean how their leaders actually show up, what they post, how they respond, what their employees say when they think no one's watching.
So here's what I'm doing: building a personal network of women in B2B SaaS — content, design, product marketing, and product management — and sending them remote opportunities from the US, UK, Australia, and Europe that match what they actually want.
