As the APAC Enablement Lead at Whatfix, I work directly with key stakeholders to organize and deliver onboarding, continuous training, tools, stack management, and content for the sales organization in the region. I have 6+ years of experience in consultative sales and training across diverse industry segments, including SaaS, fintech, and automation. My core competencies include developing and improving the training curriculum, coaching and mentoring new hires and management trainees, identifying and addressing gaps and needs in the sales process and performance, and becoming a product matter expert to create and deliver high-quality training and content that resonates with the APAC markets.
