Aishwarya is currently working as an Investment Banking Associate with the Industrials team of Avendus. Before joining Avendus, Aishwarya worked with Accenture Strategy & Consulting at the intersection of business & technology in delivering innovative solutions to international clients. She assisted oil and gas companies in asset management and helped them realise value from streamlining & digitizing their businesses. Prior to Accenture, she was with Vedanta Limited driving $1 Bn/yr copper product sales and was instrumental in planning & process control of copper. She worked on diverse improvement projects in her tenure with Vedanta emphasising sustainability, workplace safety & inventory management. Aishwarya’s alma matter is IIM Lucknow and IIT Madras.
