Multiple first in market initiatives like instant vpa handle, video welcome kits, digital only pricing etc - Launched Kotak Now - India's first video kyc based savings account - Turned Kotak Jifi, India's first digital savings account to profitability and launched over 5 savings account variants as part of digital program suite at Kotak Bank - Product head of team which launched Network online, the payment gateway of network international & SBI e-Pay. - Worked on launch of Times cobranded card - Billpay to India, India's first bill payment portal for NRIs - Launched Smartbuy portal for HDFC Bank - Launched reward points redemption bundled with EMI for HDFC Bank. - Launched Instant branch decisioning for personal loans at HDFC Bank.
