With over a decade of experience in the energy sector across Africa, Middle East and Southeast Asia, I’ve led large scale projects across oil and gas, from spearheading operations on India's largest integrated oil project to driving the establishment of advanced manufacturing facilities in the electric vehicle (EV) space. Recognizing the urgent need to address the environmental impact of the EV revolution, I’ve made a round-the-clock commitment as founder of Shoonya Recycling. Shoonya is more than just a business—it's my answer to the growing challenge of lithium-ion battery waste. Our mission is to close the loop on the EV revolution by providing sustainable, efficient, and scalable recycling solutions for lithium-ion batteries, ensuring that the promise of green energy doesn’t come with hidden costs to our planet and the informal workers who are integral to the recycling process. In my roles at Baker Hughes, Euler Motors, and WayCool, I led teams to drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability. Whether it was generating $5M in annual revenue by enhancing drilling operations or overseeing the establishment of a 700,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. Now I’m bringing my skills to delivering tangible results and driving innovation in the lithium ion recycling space.
