Hello! I am Aishvarya, an India-based product designer. I have been in the design and tech field for 4+ years, from founding a startup during my early college days to working as a software engineer at an MNC to finally becoming a Product Designer at a B2B SaaS startup. Currently building and designing sales compensation management tools for modern sales teams worldwide. Driven by research findings and quantitative data, I strive to design for the users with empathy that aligns with the business goals. Before I found my calling in design, I studied to be a Software Engineer. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. To advance my knowledge in product and user experience design, I joined the 10kdesinger inaugural cohort and later joined Fyle as a full-time product designer. On the side, I help designers to break into the design world through mentorship programs at 10kdesigners. Besides this, I love learning about productivity methods and personal development and I really enjoy discovering new places to eat and have fun.
