With an experience of 23 years in the educational industry and from being a Founder, Country Director to managing school branches with 10000 students and 3000 staff members, all the way to delivering workshops; training to different levels of staff; researching, developing and implementing curriculum; managing operations, finances and events, have help me to develop and enhance my abilities as an educational leader. I have made numerous contributions to my past and present employers that have benefited them. My achievements over the years are as follows: • increased admissions from 246% to 367% that was increased each year • generated revenue to an increase from 283% to 433% • slashed expenses by introducing cost effective vendors with experience and expertise • produced almost 1000 trained staff of schools by identifying the target areas to be developed • raised academic results where 82% of students produced high results early years to high school in all subjects • turned under performing schools into successful overall schools • created HR, finance, admission, academics and day-to-day running school policies • introduced new pedagogic and methodologies in the classrooms • changed the parent and child relationship through workshops, one-to-one sessions and group interactive sessions • devised marketing strategies to gain admission and grow to a profitable school in the community • retained 96% of staff and 87% of students in all schools • developed customized school curriculum with latest pedagogic and methodology combined with assessment tools • designed and edited school monthly newsletters and yearly magazines • conducted school surveys Over the years my roles in different schools have been of a mentor, coach, consultant, manager, director, curriculum developer, policy maker, school inspector, editor and teacher.
