Hallo! My name is Ailem (pronounced like eye-lem). I am a mental health coach, with ~ five years of mental health nursing experience! Throughout my time as a counselor I have had the privilege of working with many adults from all walks of life; many of them who struggled with chronic schizophrenia and depression, but also young adults in need of direction and spiritual guidance. One of the things I am most passionate about is seeing young women understand how loved and valuable they are! I feel so strongly about this because I feel this reflects a part of my story that I carry close to my heart. I am someone who is bold, compassionate and can push a little when it's time to get real! On another note ;) In my free time, I like drawing with my sister, going for walks,  I genuinely enjoy winter, and finally, traveling and meeting new people is a delight for me!
