With an engineering background and 9 years of experience in medical device sector across both research and industry landscapes, I am excited to share my experience with those who are navigating their early career in medical device industry. My journey, beginning as an immigrant to the United States 13 years ago and progressing through earning a BS, an MS, and a Ph.D., to becoming the first employee at my second startup company, has equipped me with a deep understanding of the sector's intricacies and the challenges faced by early-career professionals.
