I share my screen and make a Maya reel in front of you.
The course explains the method. This is watching it happen. For two hours you're on a video call with me while I build an episode the way I actually build them: the character sheet in the image model, the shot prompts in the video model, the generations, the fixes when they come back wrong, and the cut. You ask whatever you want while it's happening, and we finish by starting your own episode, with your own character, together.
How the two hours run
0–15: the formula and the pipeline. Why Maya works, the six stages in order, and how I pick what an episode is about, so everything after makes sense.
15–40: character and sheets, live. I write a sheet prompt on screen, generate it, review it at full size, and show you the one-panel inpaint fix. Then we do the same for your character.
40–75: shot prompts, generated live. The full architecture typed in front of you: lighting, blocking in metres, camera, timed action, continuity, audio. We generate several shots, and when one comes back fake, you see the diagnosis and the one-block change.
75–95: the edit. Clips into Premiere, the camcorder look, the cut, captions and the post copy, so you see a finished reel, not a folder of clips.
95–120: your first episode, started. Your character, your subject scored on the 4-point test, the decision moment and the prop chosen, your first shot prompts written and generated with you, and the next three things to do written down.
What you get after
The recording, every prompt I typed during the call as text, your character sheet prompt, your first shot prompts, and your episode plan, sent within a day. Course owners get each note pointed at the chapter it belongs to.
Bring
An idea for your character (or a character you've started), one subject you'd like to make an episode about, and the models you have access to. If you've generated clips already, bring one; we'll use it in the fix section.
Who this is for
Creators who learn by watching, and people building a recurring AI character who want the whole pipeline demonstrated once, end to end, before they spend on episodes. If you've read the course and still can't see how the pieces fit in practice, these are the two hours that make it click.
