A course tells you what AI can do. This session sets it up for you.

Here's how it works.

First you fill in a detailed form. It asks about your practice area, the kind of matters you handle, how your week actually runs, and where the same work keeps coming back to you. I read it properly before we meet, so by the time we're on the call I already know what's worth building for you and what isn't.

Then we set up your Claude. Where we start depends on where you are. If you've only ever used it to ask questions, we start there. If you've been using it daily for a year, we skip all that. Either way, by the end it's set up around your practice instead of somebody's general idea of a lawyer.

Then we build. Proper workflows that run start to finish, on the work you actually do. Drafting from your own precedents, research written up in your format, and whatever else is eating your afternoons. All of it built inside your account, on your own matters, working before we finish.

So why not just do a course? Because a course is written for everybody, and you're not everybody. It can't know your house format, or the notice you send forty times a month with three words changed. You'd finish it knowing what's possible and still have nothing set up. This works the other way round. You leave with things running.

We'll work in Claude. It does the job of about seven separate tools in my experience, so I'd rather set you up properly in one place than have you paying for five subscriptions. Please have the paid version ready so we can build inside your account and not mine.

Got non-legal work you want automated? Bring that too.

This suits practising advocates, in-house counsel and small firm teams who've read enough about AI and want it working.
