In this AI Era, everyone is looking for AI. But I am one of the people who started studying AI back in 2020 through my B.Tech in AI & DS. At that time, many people in my class said they chose this degree because a relative told them to, or they just took the course randomly because it was new. No one had a clear idea about AI, but at that time, I already had AI research papers in my hand. This is how I started my career... 📚 During my college days, I fully focused on my passion rather than just a career. Because of this, everyone in my college - even my HOD Mam - thought I couldn’t get a job in AI. But I was working in the shadows to learn and improve my skills in AI, ML, and DS like a nightmare. 👤🌑 At my third year, I went with my own idea for a mini-project. My project Mam insulted me, saying, "This won't be possible. Are you mad?" but that idea ended up giving me a huge advantage in my interview. 💡 By my final year, everyone was struggling to crack interviews. Even the people in my class who acted like they knew everything in AI didn't have a job offer. When my interviewer asked what skills I had, everyone else said Python, Java, Data Analysis, or Full Stack. I was the only person who stood by my pure domain and said: ML. 🤖 While everyone else’s interview was a code test, my interview relied purely on ML Business Use Cases. I gave my 100% knowledge, skills, and problem-solving abilities. Out of around 250 people, I was the only person selected. This is how I got my first job from my current employer. ✅ Now, I am an AI/ML Engineer and an expert in Gen AI Solutions & Agentic Development, mentoring 250+ people for their careers. This is not just a short story to introduce myself... This is a story to show that patience, sacrifice, hard work, and innovative thoughts always win successfully. 📈 Be positive. Trust the Process. Don’t complicate life. Just fix the goal, put in your hard work and smart work, achieve it, and live it. ✨
