I am a natural leader, motivator and communicator, with exceptional talents in a wide range of areas such as management and business strategy formulation & execution. I am known to be a resourceful team player who can lead a wide range of personalities by focusing attention on key priorities based on the organizational mission and goals. I am most proud of my ability to deliver at a high level with both distressed and turnaround situations as well as growth and expansion situations. I possess a strong belief in the motto of service above self and have been an active contributor to many social and community initiatives through the spirit of volunteerism. My lifelong interests and hobbies include golf, cricket, working out at the gym, yoga, mentoring/coaching and travelling.
