Presently, I’m working as a SAP Finance Team Lead, contributing my skills to enhance financial processes. Prior to this, I held the role of Senior SAP FICO Consultant, where I played a pivotal role in SAP FICO consulting. During my tenure at a previous company, I served as a Senior SAP Functional Consultant and was entrusted with the first line of support in the SAP support team. I provided support to multiple countries including Egypt, Kuwait, UAE, Pakistan, Germany, and the broader Gulf region. Before this, I served as the Head of Operation & Application Support at another organization, where I spearheaded initiatives to improve operations and services. My responsibilities included leveraging advanced analytics, implementing big-data analytical tools, creating and maintaining models, as well as addressing new business requirements. In a prior role as a Senior ERP Consultant, I played a key role in analyzing and implementing ERP solutions for major enterprises. I focused on educating clients on new business cycles, thereby enhancing their day-to-day operations.
