Build a real-world AI agent that you can actually call from a phone and have a natural conversation with it , its a beginner-friendly AI project for engineers learning AI and .NET, where users interact with an AI agent through a real phone call.

In this hands-on 1:1 session, we'll build a voice-based AI agent for a shipping company that can answer customer questions about ongoing shipments, company policies, and other business information.

The agent will combine .NET, AI Agents, RAG, and MCP to connect conversational AI with both business knowledge and live systems.
