Joined the 5 year IPM course in IIM Indore and specialised in finance. Started my career with a back end IB role with JP Morgan. Worked super hard to get into front office IB and finally secured the front office role, which was a dream come true! Eventually realised that I want to do something different and joined a fast-growing innovative startup. Currently building the German business for Pocket FM. I have experience with career dilemmas, how to break into top tier places and how to stay there. I think deeply about what drives a person towards success and what can / should one do to achieve it.
