Having a chat with Ravi about my career was like catching up with a friend who happens to be incredibly insightful and prepared. From the get-go, it was clear he knew his stuff and genuinely cared about helping me navigate through my challenges. Ravi didn't just throw advice my way; he gave me practical frameworks and guiding principles to evaluate myself and pinpoint areas for improvement. He proposed a framework for assessing oneself as a Product Manager, emphasizing three key aspects: Product Sense, Analytical Sense, and Execution Sense. These qualities serve as the bedrock of a successful career in product management. Additionally, Design Sense and Technical Sense are instrumental tools for enhancing and fortifying this foundation. What stood out was his ongoing commitment – not just a one-and-done deal. He not only offered continued support but also checked in to make sure I didn't have any lingering questions or doubts about the guidance he shared. It was such a positive experience that I didn't hesitate to book another session with Ravi. If you're looking for more than just generic career advice and want someone who's as invested in your growth as you are, Ravi is your go-to person. PS - Ravi has a plethora of book recommendations for any topic under the sun. If you are lucky he might drop these names during the course of your conversation. :)

Ravi knows what he is talking. He has been there done that. My interaction with Ravi was about how to navigate current product management situation and it was a very insightful conversation. Ravi has very interesting frameworks to help you with the nuances. He just won’t give you feedback. He will give you frameworks that will help both you and him to contextualise feedback. And in conversations like these context and personalized feedback is very important but general feedback doesn’t really help and move the needle. I look forward to more such conversations with Ravi in coming weeks.
