My journey spans industries like insurance tech, service-based, and startups, where I've had the opportunity to solve complex problems, build scalable systems, and work closely with stakeholders to drive strategic decisions. Currently, I lead key data initiatives at Probus Insurance, where I've built high-performance data pipelines, developed RAG reporting systems, managed AWS infrastructure, integrated CRM/POSP platforms for real-time analytics, led the end-to-end data warehouse project, and designed the logic for the ProMax Partner Incentive Program. Earlier in my career, I was a Data Engineer at Reliance Jio Platforms, working with Ril clients from domains like Exploration & Production, O2C, and PetChem. There, I contributed to cloud cost optimization, stakeholder reporting, and cross-functional data solutions. I’ve also served in the Founder’s Office at APMB Tech as Chief of Staff, where I worked directly with the leadership team on strategic, data-backed decision-making and operational excellence. With a focus on data science, advanced analytics, and cloud platforms—equipping myself to build intelligent, data-driven solutions that solve real-world business problems.
