I’m Rhytham Aggarwal, a Computer Engineering graduate from Delhi Technological University, currently working as a Software Engineer at Salesforce. I enjoy solving problems where understanding the “why” matters as much as getting to the solution. Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across different environments from Microsoft and Intuit to an early-stage startup and each experience has taught me something different about engineering, ownership, and building under constraints. I’ve been fortunate to receive opportunities and recognition through programs such as Generation Google Scholar, Google Girl Hackathon, Amazon ML Challenge, HPAIR, and McKinsey NGWL, along with multiple hackathon wins. Outside of engineering, I’ve been involved in college societies, leadership roles, and mentoring through Codess.Cafe. I genuinely enjoy helping students navigate internships, placements, DSA, resumes, and the early stages of their software engineering careers.
