I’m a Senior Data Scientist with 12+ years of experience building and scaling AI systems across banking, healthcare, energy, and telecom. My work has mostly focused on taking ideas from experimentation to production, especially in areas like NLP, intelligent document processing, LLM-based systems, and agentic workflows. Previously, I worked on enterprise voice and NLP platforms in healthcare, where we used unstructured customer interactions to improve care programs, reduce costs, and support better decision-making. Today, at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, I work with cross-functional teams on agentic AI solutions that help digitize complex backend processes, reduce rework, and improve operational turnaround times. Outside of my day job, I enjoy mentoring and knowledge sharing.
