Hi, I’m Tushar currently working in Japan as the CAIO at WeGrow Inc., where I build practical AI systems that actually solve real-world problems (not just demos that look good on slides). I spend most of my time bridging engineering and intelligence from building RAG systems and AI managers to optimizing how machines think, respond, and behave in production. If you’re curious about: → Career paths → Working in Japan → Breaking into AI / tech roles here → Building real AI products (not just tutorials) → Or just figuring out your next move Feel free to book a call happy to share what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what I wish I knew earlier. Let’s make things a little less confusing 🚀
