I was born and raised in a tightly knit household in Bamenda, the only child of my mother, who worked as a high school counselor. We lived with my grandmother, aunts, and cousins, eight of us sharing a modest three-bedroom home. My mother carried the financial burden of our family alone, and from a young age, I committed to helping however I could. I sold sweets in class and later worked part-time as a content creator using a government-issued laptop. Growing up in this environment taught me the value of responsibility, community, and resilience. Even in the face of hardship, like the Anglophone crisis that disrupted my studies or the loss of my mother in 2023, I learned to adapt, persevere, and lead with purpose. That same perseverance led me to win the Commonwealth Scholarship to pursue a Master's degree in London, a life-changing opportunity that affirmed my belief in the power of access and determination. My journey in education, mentorship, and the creative industries has been rooted in a desire to create space for others. I have supported students to gain admission into universities abroad, guided applicants through scholarship and grant applications, and organized workshops to help creatives build stronger portfolios and project proposals. Whether through reviewing personal statements, refining CVs, or offering hands-on guidance, I focus on helping others take tangible steps toward their goals. Today, I use storytelling, mentoring, and practical guidance to walk alongside students, creatives, and dreamers, helping them take confident steps toward education, funding, and purpose-driven work. I believe leadership is service, and I show up where I am needed
