I am Md Aftab Uddin, a Senior Manager–Business Analyst at BRAC, with over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. I specialize in business analysis, project management, Agile transformation, and digital innovation, working across diverse sectors including NGOs, retail, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. My career began in software development, giving me a strong technical foundation to bridge business needs with scalable technology solutions. I hold globally recognized certifications including PMP, CBAP, CISA, CSM, A-CSPO, and CSPO, which enable me to drive structured, value-focused delivery. Currently, I contribute to strategic initiatives within BRAC’s Technology Division, ensuring governance, efficiency, and impact in digital projects. Alongside my corporate role, I serve as an Assistant Professor at Daffodil International University, where I mentor and develop future IT and business professionals. I am also actively involved in professional community development through the IIBA Bangladesh Chapter.
